I came to RPM with a weight problem and difficulty excercising . From having trouble even doing a squat to being able to do complete a workout, they were there helping me out. Friendly people and very nice atmosphere during workouts.The trainers are amazing and really work with your schedule. They tailor the workout specifically for you and make sure to evaluate your progress to adjust the workouts accordingly. I highly recommend this place if you would like to make a change in your workout lifestyle and get better at it.
